All orders will be sent via USPS Ground Delivery
In the event of a package being lost or damaged during transit, a claim will be filed with USPS. Claims usually take 5-7 days to process. High Alpine Designs will handle all communications and send updates throughout the claim process.
You have the option to request a signature upon delivery of your package. Once USPS delivers a package to your address, they are no longer responsible for lost or stolen property.
